March is moving in

Last week was a hugely busy week at work and I'm very glad to spend a peaceful weekend at Cottage Greene. The birds are returning to the feeder; I saw a young "bluejay" this morning out back: "Welcome little bird!" We don't have the cardinal in the wildpark, so I thought this little flag posted out front would standout as a stand-in.

~Petunia is pesky and perky; likes to climb and very curious. I'm afraid she received a number of short 'showers' this week as she learns her way around her new home. Makes for a clean kitty. She has also discovered there's a world beyond certain doors. Hasn't decided whether or not she truly likes it out there, though. Mostly wet and cold for now. Just a matter of time........and things will change. -M
