Remember the wish a few weeks ago to visit Holland/Netherlands? Well, we made that wish come true this week. CG and I headed out Tuesday morning and by evening found ourselves in a very pleasant village near the Atlantic Ocean: Zandervoot.

We stayed here a couple of days and wandered around a bit.

Especially loved visiting the ocean and walking along the
sandy beach. Was a very windy day, but with some sunshine.

I brought away a handful of shells and lungs full of sea air.

We wandered around this little town, eating breakfast and again
dinner in the town center. Very pleasant it was to sit and watch
the show of local townspeople with some early visitors coming and
going before us. Lots of interesting variety! ~M
