We made a special visit to the Keukenhof Gardens where we
pleasurably spent several hours wandering.

It was all very beautiful. I posed in front of a setting of black and
white tulips ~ thought it would show off with my matching outfit.
Oh well, you had to be there to fully appreciate the wonderful colors and their combinations along with the many different patterns.


CG's mischievous smile. Yes, you know he discovered a place of fun in the park......actually, one of several. There were bridges that dipped into the water, one log bridge was a balance challenge as it stepped up and over then down again and across the channel.







I walked on the water in this pond.....
Visited with the swans and ducks......too bad I didn't have some bread crumbs handy.



This portable orchestra was parked into a friendly corner
of the park. Trips you back to another time and place with
lots of different songs stacked at the backside--enough to keep the
party going throughout the afternoon. Soft, pretty colors; would go well with Summer party dresses.

It's hard to see here, but the figures on the front would
occasionally tap along with the music. ~M
